1. What made you enter real estate?
I was always drawn to independence and high performance. Real estate gave me both. It’s not just property — it’s negotiation, psychology, timing, and vision. I loved that every deal reflects who you are internally.
2. What was the hardest moment in your career?
The moments when I doubted myself. Not losing a deal — but questioning my own level. That’s harder than any market shift. Growth begins when you take responsibility for your mindset.
3. What separates top performers from average ones?
Emotional control. Top performers don’t react — they decide. They stay calm under pressure, and that calm builds trust.
4. Did confidence come naturally to you?
No. It was built. Through experience, failure, discipline — and deep mindset work. Real confidence is quiet. It doesn’t need to prove anything.
5. Why did you create a mindset program?
Because I realized success is internal first. Strategies change. Markets change. But identity determines your level. I wanted to create something that builds people from the inside out.
6. How did Coach K influence your journey?
He helped me see that growth isn’t about doing more — it’s about becoming more. We worked on identity, standards, discipline, and mental structure. That changed everything.
7. What is one belief that changed your life?
“Your income grows to the level of your identity.”
When I truly understood that, I stopped chasing and started upgrading myself.
8. What do people misunderstand about success?
They think it’s glamorous. It’s not. It’s consistent. It’s disciplined. It’s choosing growth when it’s uncomfortable.
9. Outside of business, what keeps you grounded?
Routine. Reflection. Protecting my energy. And reminding myself that success means nothing if you’re not aligned internally.
10. What do you want your audience to feel when they follow you?Empowered. Elevated. Capable.
I want them to realize they don’t need permission to rise — they need structure, belief, and action.
